The Laurel Police Department is searching for Ke’tarius McLeod, 19, who is a suspect in a Nov. 18 shooting at the One Stop store on Ellisville Boulevard. McLeod is wanted on two counts of attempted murder and anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 601-428-STOP (7867).

The LPD arrested Jordan Atkins, 20, at a home in the 1900 block of Short 3rd Avenue on Wednesday and charged him with two counts of attempted murder. He was scheduled to have his initial appearance in Laurel Municipal Court on Friday.
